From photography to artwork
We use various printing methods to work with fabrics. We then edit the work and apply the free-cutting method to modify our blocks before sewing them back together.
The workshop focuses on design and colors.
Whether abstract or traditional - we work with fundamental methods.

Workshop 2 (2-day workshop)
Stitch Stories I
In this course we will learn basic knowledge about quilting and free embroidery with the sewing machine.
Traditional quilt patterns are modified and adapted to the principles and techniques of machine quilting. Sometimes we use the sewing machine to draw our own ideas or sketches onto the fabric, or we use traditional patterns and adopt their structure to quilt them by machine.
Tips and tricks for adjusting the thread tension correctly, choosing the right needle and presser foot are provided.
Using various exercises, we work on our pieces and can later combine them, for example, in a new composition.

Screen printing on fabric
We will make two screens and learn the basics of mixing colors and printing on fabrics!
A workshop to unleash creativity and relax!!!
The result is wonderful Christmas gifts and unique fabric creations.

Workshop 4 (1-day workshop)
Monoprint and printing on fabric
Monoprinting on fabric is our focus. We are exploring different possibilities and playing with our ideas.
The design of the sample block and the printing of the fabrics are done individually.
Fabrics are processed, painted and printed using genuine PROCION MX colors and the corresponding thickener as well as other components.
A course on methodology, mixing ratios and the handling of dyeing possibilities.
Basic dyeing knowledge is required, but...
